Who We Are

Biagio and Susan met while working for Carnival Cruise Lines.  Susan's passion for travel and Biagio's love for the sea brought these two together; infusing Susan's second generation American Italian background with Biagio's Italian family.
Prior to working on cruise ships, Susan worked every aspect of her family's owned and operated restaurants including an Italian restaurant.  After a short while, Susan ventured  on her own and opened a small cafe, where everything was made fresh on the premises.  After years of working in the hospitality industry, Susan decided to share her life's enjoyment of fresh home cooking, simple down to earth entertaining, and the beauty of Italy with others.
Biagio worked and traveled throughout Italy, concentrating mostly on the Amalfi coast, before joining Carnival Cruise Lines in 1996.  Biagio's extensive knowledge of regions throughout Italy maximizes sightseeing and travel time for travelers.  Susan and Biagio promote Italy's history, beauty and culture based on the dreams and desires of their clients.
